With Aspiria EAP services in place at work, you’ll have access to our services at no cost. This starts at your first point of contact with our EAP – our Clinical Response Centre (CRC). Our EAP is a 24/7 and confidential service that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
Our CRC professionals are counselling specialists who will consult with you to assess your immediate needs. Our EAP services allow you to work with a professional EAP counsellor or life coach, nutritionist, lawyer, financial consultant, child or elder care advisor, or addictions counsellor, depending on your needs.

Empire Life AssistNow™ focuses on the small to mid-size employer; the EAP offers an easy to use, responsive, and cost-effective service to address the unique concerns of the business owner and issues experienced by employees and their families. We understand that you may not always be able to visit an office to see a counsellor, but that does not mean you shouldn’t have access to one! Regardless of where you are, Aspiria offers video employee counselling to individuals seeking real time, virtual support from a professional counsellor over video messaging. The Video Counselling service allows the client and counsellor to engage with each other through a protected and private platform so that confidentiality and privacy is continuously maintained. We know you are busy, but don’t let that stop you from receiving the support you need. Aspiria’s E-Counselling allows you to access our professional counsellors using a protected, private portal email service. The counselling session is simply a series of typing exchanges between you and your counsellor. Your specific E-Counsellor will continue working with you through a set of typed messages or exchanges at a pace that best fits your timeframe. While making it into the office of a counsellor is not always possible, you can connect with your personal counsellor through regular sessions over the phone.
