As a result of the progressive news regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we are providing you with an update regarding Aspiria’s mental health services.

We are experiencing an increase in the number of clients seeking our support due to the heightened anxiety surrounding the spread of coronavirus dominating social media, television, and radio. We expect this trend to continue for the foreseeable future.

Our consistent advice has been to wash your hands frequently, stay out of crowds (social distancing), and if you experience symptoms such as fever or cough, stay home, keep hydrated, self-isolate for 14 days (especially from vulnerable people you live with or are in close contact) and, call your doctor for next steps.

Stay calm and be patient. Following these practices will help contain the spike of the virus which is expected to peak in a couple of weeks.

The safety of our clients, and the uninterrupted, effective operation of your program is our priority so we are also updating you on the potential impact to our operations that could arise as a result of the pandemic.

Please be assured that our leadership team is working diligently to limit any disruption to our service and has dedicated a number of resources toward that goal. The team is in communication with critical suppliers to identify potential future disruptions to our operations as early as possible and collaborate on fast, and effective solutions.

As a result, we are offering remote emotional support for clients who are having difficulty with anxiety, and/or are being affected by COVID-19 directly. This includes: in-the-moment telephonic support, scheduled telephonic counselling, video counselling, and, e-counselling.

Clients can request support via this page, which also lists our toll-free number.

Thank you for your continued support of Aspiria and the services we offer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager. For more information, we recommend:
